The National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) in Karnal is finally set to host a three-day National Dairy Mela after a three-year hiatus from April 8-10. The event, which coincides with the institute’s Century Year Celebration, will see a large number of dairy animals participate in milk yield and breed competitions. The NDRI expects over 50,000 dairy farmers and other stakeholders to attend.
